As a student of Manong Ted Buot, I (Rich Parsons) was asked to teach the system of Balintawak. This does not mean that others were not asked nor does it means that I am expected to police to community. For those who wish to train with me and those associated with me, I hope to offer the best training possible, with private lessons and also semi – private classes similar to what was done in the original club, on Balintawak Street in Cebu.
